- Full payment has to be made online via ADAPTIS to confirm your purchase(s). All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
- All transactions will be subjected to a Processing Fee of 3.5% of the total amount per transaction. This fee will be automatically added to the final total at checkout.
- All Party Pass purchases are final. No refunds are allowed.
- No refunds or exchanges are provided for lost Party Passes or failure to show up for the Party. All Party Pass sales are final.
- This Party is only for Party Pass holders 18 years of age and above. Party Pass holders who are under 18 years old will not be permitted entry to the Party, without Party Pass refunds.
- By purchasing the Party Pass, you inherently agree to abide by all the Party Regulations stated. Breaking any Party Regulations may result in eviction from the Party grounds with no refund.
- No deliveries will be made for the Party Passes. All purchases will be strictly self-collected via the Check-In counter before the start of the Party.
- An email with a QR code for the Party Pass redemption will be sent upon successful payment. Use this QR code to redeem your Party Pass at the Check-In counter at the Party location.
- Each email is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your QR codes online or share it with others to prevent forgery.
- Illegal Party Pass sales or scalping are strictly prohibited.
- Party Passes are on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
- A valid registration is required for wristband redemption and Party entry. Pass holders must complete the required registration and present the necessary information or documentation at the Check-In Counter.
- Each Party Pass admits one (1) person only.
- Entry wristbands issued upon redemption are non-transferable and may only be used by the person to whom they are issued.
- The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of Party Passes and the identity of Party guests at any time during the redemption and admission process. Guests may be required to present valid identification or other supporting documentation. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry where the Party Pass, registration details, wristband, or guest identity cannot be satisfactorily verified.
- In the event that the Party is cancelled, varied, or postponed, H ATELIER CREW, as the official event organiser, shall be responsible for determining and providing any applicable refunds or comparable passes, subject to the circumstances and arrangements determined by the Organiser.
- By purchasing a Party Pass and/or attending the Party, you agree to indemnify and hold H ATELIER CREW harmless against any expenses, costs, losses, damages, claims, or liabilities that H ATELIER CREW may suffer or incur as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Party Regulations, or any applicable instructions issued by the Organiser.

Accordingly, AniManGaki shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages, claims, or issues arising in connection with the Party, including but not limited to its organisation, cancellation, variation, postponement, entry requirements, or safety matters. Any concerns regarding the Party should be directed to H ATELIER CREW, the official event organiser.
