TAM is a violinist from Japan whom has touched many anime, comics and games enthusiasts with his covers of familiar music from Touhou, Anime, Video Games and many more. He started off his journey as a violinist on the streets of Akihabara as well as frequently uploading his works online. But not long later he gradually gained popularity and proceeded to perform on many big stages in Japan, as well as overseas.

In 2003, TAM was greatly inspired by the renowned visual novel company, Key. He then started covering Key's musical works. In 2005, he formed his very own doujin circle, TAMusic. Since then, he has produced many CDs under his doujin circle. Soon, he was appointed by Key to provide his musical talent to a number of notable visual novels.

With over 40,000,000 views of his videos, 150 albums released, 100 astounding live performances in Japan as well as more than 10 overseas appearances, he is surely one personality not to be missed in this AniManGaki 2016!

Nico Nico Douga:

Akai Ryuusei Profile

Debuting in 2008, Akai Ryuusei is a pianist, keyboardist, orchestrator, music producer, and piano instructor who started off as most doujin artists do: by attracting local audiences through Nico Nico Douga. Today, he is one of several members that make up Jazz and Rock ensemble Tokyo Active NEETs, specialising in Touhou, game music and anisong renditions. The group's Youtube channel currently has over 30,000 subscribers, accumulating close to 7 million views.

On the Vocaloid side of things, Akai Ryuusei is leader and pianist of the band [MINT], specialising in a range of music from jazz and Latin rock to metal and fusion. The band has become a regular sight at large conferences and events.

Akai Ryuusei has also collaborated with other renowned artists such as Marasy, H ZETT M and JimuinG, resulting in 4D-Piano Anime Theater!, a collection of piano arrangements based off popular anisongs such as Pokemon and the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
