HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Rules & Regulations
Kindly read through the Artist and Cosplay Alley rules and regulations (R&R) below carefully.

Fill up Registration Form
Fill up the form thoroughly and accurately to ensure greater success at scoring a booth at our event.
- Payment information will be sent via email; kindly ensure the email address given is correct.
- Booth security deposit refunds will be made via online transfer; kindly ensure your banking details are correct.
ELIGIBLE REGISTRANT SCREENING
Selections will be made based on a lottery system after a vetting process. Please ensure all information in your registration form is filled up correctly to avoid being disqualified.
- For international artists, kindly ensure your travel document allows your participation to booth in Malaysia.
- For international cosplayers, it is mandatory to hold a professional permit or relevant business visa to booth in Malaysia.
- Should you require assistance in applying for the aforementioned documents, please contact [email protected] to advise/consult further.
PAYMENT
Email containing payment details will be sent to selected applicants. Kindly process the payment within the payment term stated in the email.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
AniManGaki reserves the right to change the Rules and Regulation (R&R) without prior notice.
- AniManGaki and MIECC are not liable for any sales, items or emotional loss that occurred during the event. Please take care of your belongings.
- AniManGaki and MIECC are not responsible for items sold by another booth owner. However, if they are selling your art or doing any copyright infringement, kindly report to us and we will take the necessary action.
- Booth owners shall at all time protect, indemnify, and keep AniManGaki harmless against and from any loss, cost, damage, liability, or expense.
- Booth owners must refrain from actions or omissions that put them or anyone nearby in danger or other damage of any kind or give rise to situations that may cause similar results.
- In the event of any discrepancies, misstatement, omission or error appearing in the translated versions, the English language version of the R&R shall prevail.
