Participation

• Participation of the competition is open to all.
• The theme of the competition is "Hot Hot Summer"
• When entering the competition area, marked as "Drawing Competition" on the AniManGaki map, please collect one submission form.
• Upon submitting, artists must submit the yonkoma along with the submission form.
• Contest Entries will be shown and the winner selected by 5pm, 11th September 2011 (Sunday).
• The winner for the competition will be contacted through phone.
• Artists are encouraged to be present during the prize-giving ceremony, 6pm Sunday 11th September.
• However if the winner is unable to attend the prize-giving ceremony, he/she can make an appointment through the event mail.
• The closing date for the prize winner is 31st December 2011.

Assessment Criteria

• All submissions will be judged by two committee members, and the submission with the highest average grade will be the winner.
• The winner will be selected based on the following criteria:

Creativity	: 45%
Quality	: 35%
Relavance to theme	: 20%
