Reminder to Band Members/Performers



  • All bands should report themselves at the AMG Office once they are present.
  • If bands are not registered at least 1 hour before their performance, we will contact the and via phone.
  • If contact is not possible by the last 30 minutes, then the performance of the band will be automatically cancelled.
  • The band members are to gather at backstage 30 minutes before their performance (for soundcheck etc).
  • If any changes are neccessary, please inform any of the committee members beforehand.
  • Any concerns during the event day are to be addressed to the AMG Office.
